Naturally every professional service must have its price. However, to enable our clients to calculate our charges, we have developed a set of transparent billing principles:
- If desired we can charge our fees based on hourly rates. Thus, all legal costs are dictated by time expended by our lawyers instead of the resultant value of the action taken.
- We always invoice our fees on a monthly basis. Therefore, our clients are always kept aware of the current cost relating to any long-term matter.
- Upon our clients request we can produce an estimate of our eventual charges before commencing any counsel. This estimate is very seldom exceeded.
- We never charge for internal discussions amongst our lawyers.
